Blended Mobility Project (BMX) for Society 5.0 HR (Human Resources)
The Blended Mobility Project (BMX) for human resource development in the Society 5.0 era provides students with a unique opportunity to engage in a hybrid learning experience that combines online international collaborative learning with in-person study abroad. Based on a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) model, the program facilitates project-based learning with partner university students through digital platforms such as Zoom and Moodle. Online sessions conducted prior to travel offer essential background knowledge, while post-travel reflections deepen students' understanding. This blended format enhances intercultural competence and equips students with the skills needed to address global challenges.
